ExpressCARE is coming to Schuylkill County.
A Community Open House to welcome this new LVHN Service is scheduled for Tuesday, April 30, from 5 to 7 p.m. at the new facility, 200 Schuylkill Medical Plaza, Pottsville.

ExpressCARE offers walk-in care for minor illness and injury for ailments such as sprains, strains, seasonal allergies, cold, flu, poison ivy/rashes, bronchitis, ear infections and many other conditions.

LVHN staff will tour visitors through the facility and provide information regarding this type of care and access to it. Information will also be available for people to better understand when to go to ExpressCare and when to go to the emergency room.

Refreshments will be provided. No registration is necessary for this event.

The facility will open for patient care on Wednesday, May 1 at 8 a.m. and will be open 8 a.m. to 8 p.m. every day of the year.
